上午看了下21st报纸,有个地方蛮有意思,文章题目是:

Waiter,are those eggs 100 or 1,000 years old?

其实是一些食物的英文名称,有关于Breakfast,Rice,Noodles,Soup,Dim sum等等,有趣的是皮蛋的英文,叫100-year egg/thousand-year egg/preserved duck egg...2 be frank,还真是很形象啊,翻译确是一门艺术...

昨个儿下午去了English Corner玩了玩，有很多freshman和sophomore,后来有个MM问我大几了啊？我反问她:“你觉得呢?”答曰:“大二。”...:)

这说明我看起来还不算老，hoho,年轻，impossible is nothing.

刚才bath了一下,人类...

难得有时间写写东西,Anita说她已经不写这玩意儿啦,我再想我可能在不久的某天也回这样,我还是很信自己的那个:直觉...

最近忙了些事,简单做个记录:

First of all, 是关于"CCTV CUP"全国英语大赛...

9月30日,我写好了初稿,打印好给Chairman和Merhdad看后,两字:重写...

10月1日至3日上午11时左右,便是我艰苦的定稿岁月,其中改了多少次我记不太清了,好像记得清楚点是7次,稿子一遍又一遍地被否决,我在怀疑我的central idea了.

10月3日上午11时20分,定稿,小庆祝了下...Mission完成了第一步...

10月4日至7日中午,背稿,做Q&A环节的准备...

7号下午,晚上,去NanChang Institute of  Tech报到,住宿,名曰:专家楼,又名:航天宾馆...hoho,待遇8错 :}

8号,prepared speech  round, LY和WW很不"幸","倒"在第一天了,我也很险,取前53人我以51名撞线过关,LY第54,让她大呼命苦...

9号,impromptu和Q&A round,比完后,我最终排名20,好像是...

有点意料之外,有点兴奋,有收获,这就够了.

Second,回校后

10号至14号,上那让我感叹我也命苦的课,我才不去,我就一条命,要就拿去吧,我死也不去...

Third,回家啦,Yeah...

买了个Meizu Miniplayer,很高兴,买了条Converse长裤,打算回校早起跑步,据说 Anita也打算减肥,God bless us...

ps:加几位我在英文学习上的偶像级人物,榜样嘛,自然有他们的过人之处...

Thank you for your question.ladies and gentlemen,the day before yesterday was the Mid-autumn Day of China,after have supper with my roomates,we held a nice party on the top of our dormintory building,we used fifteen candles to make them looked like a heart's shape,then we burn them together,wow,that was a beautiful shining heart.So you see,each candle was in different position,then with position's diversity,we could get the beauty of unity:it was a heart,a beautiful heart.----------thx.
